A funny discovery

It was 2 nights ago when I was having a chat before our kids slept. I took the opportunity to share with them on the value of sharing because our boyz were fighting over toys and refuse to share. I mentioned to them, 'Boys we need to learn to share just as Jesus shares. We are His friends and we need to be like Him too. Jesus wants good friends too, those that can share!!' Then Dayson said, 'But Jesus had a bad friend, Carrot'. I was confused 'huh??' I ask them, 'Who's Carrot?' then I thought to myself, I don't remember mentioning about Carrots in the bible. (I was sleepy too.. and we were all lying down in the dark room chating..so I'm half awake) Suddently, Dylan said, 'That guy who let the bad people catch Jesus' Then with revelation I said, 'Oh! Judas Iscariot!!! ' Yes!! replied the boys. And I had a good laugh.. 'He's name is Judas Iscariot and not Carrot. Dylan said, 'But mommy, you said Judas is carrot!' Oh dear, I spend a good half and hour trying to explain to them that name. So funny! Children are so simple.

Dylan into guitars!

Dylan just turned 6, and we found his new desire! He's occupation didn't change but he just added a new hobby. One of his birthday gift was a real guitar! He loved it!

Baby Max

Finally, I met Baby Max (Danielle's baby), 6 months old.

Baby Max needs your prayers, he has a hole in his heart and he is due for check up in July. We are believing God for a miracle that the his heart will be completely whole. Do say a prayer for Baby Max and lets experience this miracle journey with Danielle and Max. Let's believe that the next check up the cardio will find that his hole in the heart is no more there! Amen!

My Special Day

It's that time of year where everyone reminds me of my age!! : )
It was a great day and I managed to spend time with some wonderful people in my life. My family and cell and our youth too!
Thank you guys! You are exciting people. I started my day out for a good breakfast!





We ended it with a family dinner. More pictures later, need to upload from Caleb's camera.

Interesting..

Recently, I found out that there are friends who still visit this blog.. so today, i decided to view it and it's so filled with sweet memories of my stay in Australia. I've learn so much since then and I still have lots to learn. So I think I'll pen a few words every now and then as and when I can on this blog.
Happy Easter! Over the weekend, Caylie had some of her very best friends over for a Slumber Party! The girls had fun! We also celebrated Deborah's birthday with her family. Happy Birthday Deborah!
